Our Services: Innovative 3D Printing Solutions for Every Project

Prototyping

3D prototyping is fast, efficient, and cost-effective. No machine adjustments are required, and there's no extra budget needed for printing samples. Design, print, and done! This method of production has a significant impact on costs. No 3D expertise in-house? No problem, we handle the entire 3D printing process for you.

Online 3D Printing

3D printing is one thing, but doing it right is another. Thanks to our own experience, proper training, and the lessons we've learned, we can give you the best advice.

Simply send us your model, and you'll receive the printed object directly in your mailbox. No need to leave your home or office!

3D scan

No 3D model? No problem! Our experienced team can create a 3D model from 2D images or scan the object for you. This can be done either at our office or on-site, using our professional scanner.

Postprocessing

A lot of 3D prints need to be postprocessed. Otherwise a lot of detail is missing. This can be done by us or the customer.

Postprocessing

In 3D printing, there are several post-processing methods that can be used to enhance the final result. Below is an overview of the most common techniques:

Vapor Smoothing (Vapor Polishing): This technique is often used to improve the surface of a 3D print. By using vapor (usually a solvent), the surface of the object becomes smoother and shinier. This gives it a sleeker, smoother appearance and can also improve the material's strength.

Sanding: Sanding is a widely used method to smooth the surface of a 3D print. The object is manually or machine-sanded with various abrasives (from coarse to fine) to remove imperfections and visible layer lines, resulting in a smoother, more professional appearance.

Painting: After a 3D print has been processed, it can be painted for an aesthetic finish. This can be done with spray paint or a brush, depending on the desired result. Painting not only provides a visually appealing finish but can also help protect the object from wear or external influences.

Polishing: Polishing is applied to 3D prints to give them a high-gloss finish. The process removes the last superficial imperfections and makes the object reflective and smooth, giving it a premium look.

Coating: Coating is often used to protect 3D printed objects from external factors like water, dirt, or UV light. This can be done with various coatings such as varnish or epoxy resin, depending on the material and intended use.

Gluing and Assembly: Sometimes, 3D printed parts need to be assembled into one larger object. This can be done using glue or specific fastening systems. After assembly, the edges can be further refined to ensure a neat finish.

These post-processing techniques can not only visually improve the final product but also enhance the durability, strength, and functionality of 3D printed objects.
