Products that are produced 'On Demand' do not have a return option. These products are tailored to the needs of the customer and therefore cannot be returned. However, in the case of damage during transport, this is possible.
Products developed by us and sold as finished products can be returned within 14 days of receipt. After receiving these goods, you will be refunded. The cost of returning falls under the responsibility of the buyer.
