The D1200 Ultra is the flagship of the Creatlabs range: a 1200×1050×1050 mm build volume (600×1050×1050 mm in mirror mode), driven by Mag-Lev linear motors up to 1100 mm/s and ±0.05 mm accuracy per 100 mm. Built for 24/7 continuous production of large, complex parts that previously required CNC machining or injection molding.
IDEX independent dual extruders up to 420°C, heated bed up to 120°C, and an active chamber up to 80°C
Independent quad-Z structure and automatic eddy-current bed calibration (±0.001 mm, ~60 sec.)
HD camera with AI alignment, Klipper firmware, and CreatCloud remote monitoring for printer-cluster management
Built-in HEPA and carbon filtration, with an optional AIR-200 external filtration unit
Daily output of up to 5 kg, batch consistency, and auto-resume after interruption
