The D800 Ultra combines Mag-Lev linear motors (no belts or screws) with an 800×650×650 mm build volume and a print speed of up to 1100 mm/s at ±0.05 mm accuracy per 100 mm. A production-ready platform for companies that want to print large-format parts with the repeatability of industrial manufacturing.

• IDEX independent dual extruders up to 420°C — also usable in mirror mode (400×650×650 mm) for duplication

• Heated bed up to 120°C and an active chamber up to 80°C with three-layer insulation

• HD camera with AI alignment and automatic eddy-current bed calibration (0.001 mm precision)

• Built-in HEPA and carbon filtration, Klipper firmware, and CreatCloud remote monitoring
